Nurse gives up responsibility voluntarily on weekend to have a rest, make nothing of hard ship to get to the ward on a special trip, accompany and instruct the nurse on duty how to change dressings for the patient, the nurse's sense of responsibility is moved very much by the patient. The similar story that so served patient wholeheartedly, too numerous to mention in the inpatient area. In this assessment, a patient relative says to the head nurse sighing with deep feeling: "Needn't comment, everybody's behavior is very good. Every nurse here serves models! " Have reflected patient's satisfaction to nurse's work on one hand through this selecting activity, on the other hand has even stimulated the enthusiasm of nursing staff's work, has improved and attended to the service quality.
