Is your diet of every day rational?
Safeguard the health, it is a question that everybody is very interested in to improve life quality. But, do we ourselves do very well? How is the meal quality which we eat every day? Is nutrition good? Will you please maintain the health? Let's test, see whether our meal of every day is rational. In the following 16 questions, each question has 3 kinds of answers: A.Often eat, namely nearly eat every day, 2 fen. B.Eat, namely generally or eat once every two weeks in one week, 1 fen. C.Seldom eat or does not eat, namely eat once in a while once in one month or not basically eat, 0 fen. In order to get the accurate data, while answering the question, you must seek truth from facts to oneself. ( 1) Do you eat fruits? ( 2) You eat green leaves or Cruciferae vegetables, such as the spinach, cabbage, wild cabbage, cauliflower or broccoli? ( 3) Do you eat the lettuce, tomato? ( 4) Do you like regarding fresh fruit, dry fruit and canned fruit as the snacks during one day? ( 5) Do you like eating the whole-wheat bread or food grains other than rice and wheat? ( 6) You like eating yellow or red vegetables, such as the carrot or hot pepper? ( 7) You often eat the food of beans, such as soybean, pea or French beans? ( 8) Do you always use onion, garlic or medical herbs as flavoring agent and substitute some salt? ( 9) You eat the fish in the deep sea, such as the tuna, salmon fish and sardine? ( 10) You eat the citrus fruit, such as the shaddock, orange or tangerine? ( 11) Do you or put the melon seed, peanut or other dry fruit in lunch or dinner and eat as the snacks? ( 12) You will remove the fat while eating the meat, or eat soy product, beans food? ( 13) You eat the low lipoprotein dairy products, such as the yoghurt or low lipoprotein milk of low lipoprotein? ( 14) Do you order the vegetables while having meal in the restaurant? ( 15) Can you use vegetable oil such as oil of sunflower seed, olive oil or soya-bean oil and substitute animal oil such as lard or butter while cooking? ( 16) Do you drink the fruit juice or vegetable juice? The mark indicates in 0- 10 points the food that you chose is problematic. So you must examine meal of you carefully, choose the intersection of mark and high food eat ask a question. This measure needn't be anxious for success, should change gradually. 11- 21 points in mark, indicate the food that you choose is basically right, but can also do better. Had better you choose every day and majority choose, take the intersection of mark and supreme food. 22- 32 points in mark, indicate the nutrient in the meal that you ate has already been analogous to, needn't generally supplement vitamin or health product again, hope you can maintain.
