At the end of March, province General Office of Finance assigned the new rural cooperative medical service subsidy fund of 1,205 million yuan of the whole province of 2010. Among them, provincial financial subsidy fund is 504 million yuan, subsidy fund of state revenue is 701 million yuan, have guaranteed the new agricultural smooth development that shut of our province. According to central authorities' requirement and relevant regulations of our province, from this year, our province joins and shuts peasants' financial subsidy level to get the improvement by a wide margin, subsidized the improvement of standard of 80 yuan from finance of per person of last year to 120 yuan, increasing degree reached 50%. Among them, the state revenue subsidizes and rises to 60 yuan from 40 yuan of per person, provincial finance subsidizes and rises to 30 yuan from 20 yuan of per person. Our province has already reached the central authorities to increase and shut the finance to subsidize the standard requirement newly and agriculturally one year ahead of time. In order to realize the special family of finance of simple and convenient, high-efficient, every direct city of the subsidy fund, province General Office of Finance improved the subsidy fund and appropriated the way, took first settlement and way which the national treasury paid directly have guaranteed the fund is assigned smoothly after setting aside in advanced.
