Ms. Wu does not think two hospitals has performed duty of telling faithfully conscientiously to in her checking process, having infringed her right of being in know and right to choose, the fault of the hospital causes the deformity to be born, have caused great life pressure and spirit to her and child to damage. So the mother and son two people sue two hospitals, demand to compensate medical fee, spiritual financial loss, life subsidy of disabled person,etc. and add up to 811168.87 yuan.
