It is reported, in these 42 proposals, 3 are about revising the law of blood donating, 6 are about making the law of mental hygiene, 8, about revising the law of medicine management, 2 involve traditional Chinese medicine and legislate, 4 are about revising operation medicine and imitating, 3 involve making Basic Law of the hygiene, 6 involve making the tobacco and endangering and controlling the law, in addition still make the elementary health care law, in urban and rural areas to unify medical treatment and ensure the law, children's medical treatment ensures the law, operation medicine is imitated, malpractice law, the intersection of nurse and law, tumour prevent and cure law, rare the intersection of prevention and cure of disease and law, revise law on prevention and cure of occupational disease and launch the intersection of food and safety law enforce the law proposal that check.
